Zahid is a very capable electrician who does not assume the worst and does not use that leverage to determine costs. He is straight forward once information is received about the issue and then, will run a customary check to resolve the problem. Just as I suspected a loose connection problem, he identified it and proceeded to resolve the issue in 10 minutes. He is skilful, trustworthy and reliable. He gives a very fair assessment of charges for both labour and transport.
